The client is a Malaysian subsidiary of Singapore listed company in the business of financial services. The strategy was to have an office space which encourages collaboration and communication, while maintaining a balance between flexibility, privacy and intimacy. The design allows client groups to interact comfortably with a sense of seclusion and coming in to the working areas, spaciousness was put in place whilst maximising the space available to fit in the right number of employee-count.

 

The overall feel is sleek and elegant with natural tones. In this case study, we helped the client to complete the design and build despite the challenges posed by Covid-19, adhering to strict compliance imposed by the building management amidst the pandemic situation.
